This app will be created to be versatile for multiple users including individuals suffering from mental health issues, high stress levels or lacking motivation. This app will provide simple suggestions and activities for young adults to incorporate into their daily life to improve their motivation. As many apps offer features singularly, this will incorporate all of these features in one place which is easy for a user to navigate their way around.
A Better Day app is an all in one app which promotes the importance of positivity and mindfulness for its users. It has been designed to help young adults start their day on the correct note and to achieve their best potential each day. Through careful consideration of previous research, the features chosen for this app have unique and valuable aspects to benefit the user’s life. If a person is feeling stresses or demotivated, this is the app for them. Each day they will wake up to a different motivational notification to help put them in a good mind frame and on the right track. Relaxing music is optional to create a soothing atmosphere in their house or when they are completing different activities. Meditation and yoga poses are featured on the app. These can be completed in different levels depending on the user’s experience.
